What to Expect:
Joy. Safety. Community. Freedom. Worship! A balance of guided movement and creative expression.

What to Wear:
Tennis shoes and comfortable clothing you can move freely in.

What to Bring:
Water bottle.
Worship props will be provided (flags, scarves, etc.)
